Configuring your email settings

To send and receive mail you will need to change the user name in the settings for your email clients. The system will need to adopt the following syntax for email authentication:

Outgoing SMTP smtp.domain
USER ID user@domain
PASSWORD your_mailbox_password

Incoming Mail (IMAP or POP3) mail.domain
USER ID user@domain
PASSWORD your_mailbox_password

Customers have the option of connecting to their accounts using IMAP4 (our recommendation) or POP3 email access protocols. To connect to your account using a compatible email IMAP4 client, click here.
