1. What currency do you charge in?
   All fees charged are in US dollars.
2. How do I update my credit card?

   To update a credit card through our secure pages please follow the instructions provided below:

    

   1. Browse to your Control Panel at https://support.myhosting.com
   2. Log on to your account using your domain nane and password. If you are a reseller,
      you must enter in your reseller ID.
   3. Select My Account
   4. Select Credit Card Information
   5. Enter your credit card details (all fields are required).
   6. Click the Update Credit Card button.
3. How do I update my contact information?

   To update your contact information please follow the instructions provided below:

    

   1. Browse to your Control Panel at https://support.myhosting.com
   2. Log on to your account using your domain name and password. If you are a reseller you must enter in your Reseller ID.
   3. Select My Account
   4. Select Contact Info
   5. Click on the Modify my information button
   6. Make the appropriate changes, and then click Update.
4. Is there any minimum contract for any of your web hosting plans?

   There is no minimum contact for any of our web hosting plans. If you decide to pay 3, 6 or 12 months in advance for your account, but cancel before the billing term has ended, then we will credit the unused portion of your payment.

    

   We recommend the 12 month billing option so you can enjoy our low promotional pricing!

    

5. When will I be billed next?

   The following information gives you the option to choose your billing period, and lets you know when your next billing date is.

6. How do I retrieve a statement or view my billing history for my account?

   If you wish to see your billing history or receive a statement on your account for present or prior transactions please follow the instructions provided below:

    

   1. Browse to your Control Panel at https://support.myhosting.com
   2. Log on to your account using your domain name and password. If you are a reseller you must enter in your reseller ID.
   3. Select My Account
   4. Choose Billing Statement / History
   5. Pick a time frame
   6. Click Show Statement.
7. How do I make a PayPal payment?

   If you wish to see your billing history or receive a statement on your account for present or prior transactions please follow the instructions provided below:

    

   1. Browse to your Control Panel at https://support.myhosting.com
   2. Log on to your account using your domain name and password. If you are a reseller you must enter in your reseller ID.
   3. Select My Account
   4. Choose PayPal Payment
   5. Enter the amount of the payment you’d like to make and click Proceed to start the payment process.
8. Where do I send my payment?

   NOTE:  Please include your domain name and Customer ID on the check or money order as well.

9. Why is my credit card being declined?

   A credit card can be declined for multiple reasons. To correct the problem, please contact your credit card company. In some cases, credit card companies have become more cautious about internet-based transactions. These processes have been added to protect you, but in some cases can create inconveniences such as the need to verify some transactions.

    

   Contact your credit card company directly to discuss this situation. If the problem is related to verifying the transaction, explain who myhosting.com (SoftCom Technology Consulting Inc.) is and verify that the transaction is valid. In some cases, you might need to authorize Internet-based mail orders to ensure that you are not inconvenienced in the future.

10. How do I cancel my account?
    To cancel your account, please contact our Customer Support Department for assistance. Our Customer Support team is available by telephone, chat and email to assist you.
11. Can I pay in Canadian funds?
    Canadian Dollars are accepted only for payment received by check. The accepted exchange rate is CDN$1.00 for each US$1.00
12. Do you charge GST?
    GST is charged to our Canadian customers only.
13. What methods of payment do you accept?
    myhosting.com accepts the following methods of payment:

     

    • Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
    • Paypal (via our control panel only - https://support.myhosting.com)
    • Personal checks and International money orders.
