1. What is HTML Toolbox?
   HTML Toolbox has five key features to help you improve and maintain the functionality of your web site. It includes the following:

   Link Check
   This will crawl through your web site and check each link it finds. It will then report the status of each link, informing you of any broken ones that need to be fixed.

    

   HTML Check and Repair
   This will scan your web site for bad tag usage and HTML syntax errors to make it easier for web browsers to process and render your HTML. It can also automatically generate a repaired page which you can then upload to your site.

    

   Browser Compatibility
   This will report on any HTML tags and attributes in your web site that aren't supported by different versions of the major web browsers.

    

   Load Time Check
   This will determine the total size of your various web pages and thereby calculate their download times. It will also report on any HTML problems (such as the number of server connections, excessively heavy graphics) that can delay page loading.

    

   Spell Check
   This will scan the visible text on your web pages for spelling errors. It includes an optional Custom Dictionary to which you can add words you want Spell Check to ignore.

2. How often can I run HTML Toolbox?
   These tests can be done on-demand, at any time.
3. Does HTML Toolbox have automatic testing?
   Yes. In addition to on-demand testing, you can schedule automated weekly, biweekly, or monthly tests of your site. The results will be emailed to you when they're ready.
4. Are changes made to my web page automatically?
   No. Your web site is not changed at all unless you yourself upload a new version of it to your server. All corrections are made to a copy of your web page which you can download, review, and install if and when you wish.
5. How many web pages can I use with HTML Toolbox?
   For $89.95 a year, you can use HTML Toolbox on one web site with a size of 1 to 100 pages or frames.

1. What is Search Engine Starter?
   Search Engine Starter is a tool that will automatically submit your web site to 100 search engines, including AOL, Google and Yahoo! It saves you the time and effort of submitting your page to these sites by hand, and will give you a complete report of how each submission went. You only need to fill out a single form about your web page and Search Engine Starter will do the rest.

3. Can I choose which of the 100 search engines I want my site submitted to
   Yes. When you run Search Engine Starter, you can de-select from the list any search engines you don't want to submit your site to. This can be beneficial if your site is already listed on a search engine and you don't want to risk the possibility that re-submitting the site will negatively affect its current rank.
4. How often can I resubmit my site to the search engines?
   You can resubmit your site whenever you want, as often as you want. Depending on the search engine, it is sometimes necessary to resubmit a page in order to get it listed, or re-listed in case it was previously dropped
5. How long will it take for my web site to be listed on the search engines ?
   Search engines usually report optimistically that a listing will take a short time, but realistically speaking, it will take between 4 to 6 weeks to get a site listed on a search engine. This time period varies greatly from engine to engine, however: while a Google listing can take between 4 to 6 weeks, a Yahoo! listing can take over 5 months, if at all.

6. Will my email address be sent to these search engines?
   Although some search engines will require an email address during their submission process, Search Engine Starter gives you the option to mask your email address so it won't get spammed.
7. How will I know the results of my search engine submissions?
   When the complete submission process is done, you will be sent a report describing where your site was submitted to and whether or not the submission was accepted. It will tell you if the search engine was able to access your site, if it received all of the required information, and whether or not it was able to accept submissions at the time. If the submission failed, the report will describe why and will give you a link to that specific search engine's submission page.
8. Does Search Engine Starter stay up-to-date with regards to the submission policies of its target search engines?
   Yes. The Search Engine Starter database is constantly monitored to keep it up-to-date. If the submission form of a search engine changes, then the database will be updated to accommodate the change as soon as possible.
9. How many web pages can I use Search Engine Starter with?

1. What is Search Engine Power Pack?
   Search Engine Power Pack includes a number of tools to increase traffic to your web site by helping your site earn a higher search engine ranking. It also has the search engine submission features found in Search Engine Starter.
2. Why should I choose Search Engine Power Pack over Search Engine Starter?
   Search Engine Starter helps you get your site listed onto the indexes of the Internet's various search engines. Unfortunately, most people using a search engine rarely go past the first two or three pages of search results. For this reason, it is not merely enough to be listed on a search engine û your site must be in the top tier of search returns. Search Engine Power Pack gives you a number of tools to help optimize your web site and thereby improve its search ranking. These include the following:

    

   Meta Mechanic
   Many search engines look at a web page's META and title tags when evaluating the search ranking of that page. META Mechanic will automatically generate these tags for you. You simply have to enter keywords relevant to your web site, a title and description of your web site, and META Mechanic will automatically generate the appropriate HTML containing the new META tags. You can then either copy and paste this HTML into your web pages or META Mechanic will automatically create an updated copy of your web page for you.

   This tool will analyze your web pages and give personalized recommendations on how to get better rankings in search engines. 4. How many web pages can I use Search Engine Power Pack with?
   You can use it with one web site. This means that all web pages located under a single domain name (i.e., the domain name of that web site) can be used with Search Engine Power Pack. Search Engine Power Pack is priced per web site, per year.
5. Will I have to pay for updates to your search engine information databases?
   No, all updates made to our information databases are free.
