SharePoint Designer 2007 now FREE for everyone

by Tim Attwood on April 15, 2009

For some time now we have been running a SharePoint Designer promotion which provided a free boxed copy of Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 for free along with 1 year Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 hosting for $19.95/month with 1 year commitment. And we were getting ready to wind the promotion down, as our supplies of SharePoint Designer have been dwindling recently.

However as some of you may already know, Microsoft has recently made SharePoint Designer 2007 a free download. Now everyone is free to try SharePoint Designer with their SharePoint site and see what all the talk is about. If you you have a SharePoint 3.0 account with us, but haven’t yet tried SharePoint Designer, we recommend you give it a whirl. You can visit the SharePoint Designer site for more information, or proceed directly to the SharePoint Designer 2007 download page.

And even though we will no longer be mailing boxed software, we have decided to keep our SharePoint Designer promotion running. So if you haven’t tried SharePoint already, now is the perfect time to get started.

Thanks,

Anytime is the perfect time to get started with SharePoint…it really will change your life, if that’s not too dramatic a way to put it.
