About Incoming emails from Hotmail

Dear Customers,

We have noticed that some Hotmail users in some regions (including in Turkey) are not able to send emails to recipients on our myhosting.com email servers. The major problem lies is on the Hotmail side, but we are working together with Microsoft to solve this issue for our customers. This problem is valid for only for our Shared Hosting customers, not for our Hosted Exchange customers. Thank you very much for your understanding while we work to get the problem solved.
