Definitely don’t be afraid of negative feedback. There are really only two kinds: constructive criticism, which will help you improve your business, and trolling, which shouldn’t matter to you anyway.

I think it’s gotten to the point where social media is as important as the website. At least, the only way you’ll get enough people to your site is to use social media to herd them over there.

It’s great that myhosting offers WordPress and discussion forum software. Those two things are really great for encouraging open and honest back and forth between you and your customers.

Wow, it’s hard to believe there qare so many advantages to having your business use social media. I can’t imagine why any business wouldn’t use these sites at this point.
