Our Communication Commitment

Last week we encountered network performance issues due to a bug within our network infrastructure. As a result our status blog, which was impacted by the outage, could not be used to communicate with you. I want to take this opportunity to promote some of the channels that we do use to communicate with our clients regularly and under such circumstances.

Outside of our own status blog ( you can also receive information from us on our social media channels Facebook ( and Twitter ( We will do our absolute best to keep these pages updated in times of service issues, and hopefully you will enjoy the content that we commonly use these channels for as well.

Again, we cannot stress enough our commitment to ensuring high quality service and reliability. Certainly uptime is of the highest importance but so is keeping you aware and up to date should things go wrong. These channels are a part of how we are constantly working to provide superior customer experience.

It amazes me that these bugs don’t happen all the time, that they’re so rare.
