I love the video tutorials myself. They’re often clearer to me than written instructions, and more fun as well.
The interviews are a great idea as well. Often these interviews are with names I’ve heard mentioned somewhere, so it’s interesting to put a name to a face.
The sign-up couldn’t be simpler, I’d say!
I agree with PotsNPans–hearing a human voice and seeing a product demonstrated are much more interesting than just reading a list of instructions.
