Exclamation Trademark Name and Brand Standards on myhosting.com and mail2web.com

    Dear Affiliates,

I just wanted to clarify a few issues for everyone about how to refer to “myhosting.com” and “mail2web.com” in writing. If you every have any questions or require any further clarification, please feel free to get in touch with me for assistance.

First of all, whenever you are referring to the myhosting.com or mail2web.com properties or websites, they should always appear in lowercase and include the .com at the end. Here are some examples.

    Correct Usage:
    • myhosting.com
    • mail2web.com
    • myhosting.com Control Panel
    • Etc.

    Incorrect Usage:
    • MyHosting.com
    • Mail2Web.com
    • Myhosting.Com
    • Mail2web.Com
    • Etc.

Secondly, when we are referring to myhosting.com Products or Services, we use the same lowercase format with .com at the end. For example:

    Correct Usage:
    • myhosting.com Hosted Exchange Email
    • myhosting.com Basic Hosting
    • myhosting.com Virtual Server Hosting
    • Etc.

    Incorrect Usage:
    • MyHosting.com Premium Hosting
    • MyHosting VPS
    • Myhosting.Com Professional Hosting
    • Etc.

Finally, when we are referring to mail2web Products or Services, we should maintain the lowercase format but drop the .com at the end. For example:

    Correct Usage:
    • mail2web Webmail
    • mail2web Live Pro
    • mail2web Personal Homepage
    • Etc.

    Incorrect Usage:
    • Mail2web.com LIVE
    • Mail2Web Business Exchange
    • Mail2web.com Chat Service
    • Etc.

If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks!

Yeah, it's easy to make a mistake, and you dilute the brand when you do so.
