What does an affiliate program mean if they say they are a "bounty program?"

Bounty programs are usually programs where a company will offer you reward money if you bring their bugs or security flaws to their attention so they can fix them before they get hacked.

Yeah, it's kind of like when security companies hire former burglars to give them tips on their designs.

The sad part is that hacking can offer so many more rewards--at least until the hacker is caught!
