    How often do you send mass emails to your customers? I guess if it's too often you can make a nuisance out of yourself, but if it's not often enough some people might forget about you.

    Probably once or twice a month is often enough. More than that and some people might get real tired of you.

    I don't mind getting an email once a week if it's from a business I really like.
