How do you find the best backlinks for your site, the backlinks that will really boost your SEO?

Build backlink as natural as possible and from high authority website
here are some criteria;
- No more than 2 link on same C-class IP
- Get backlink from relevant themes/topic only
- From Authority sites, high pagerank, good serp
- have good traffic rank (alexa rank)
- backlinks are from sites that have low outbond link < 20
- have a good neighborhood (not have link from/to Adult, drug, warez, etc)
- site must not banned from google or other search engine
- add backlink as natural as possible (eg.1 link/day)
- 1 quality backlink is better than 1000 unnatural link
