How often should you change your gmail password? Any tips for remembering new passwords?

i think once a year. i got 4 different passwords that i use. i use them on all sites. but i dont make the same combination as password on all sites at the same time.

I change all of my passwords once a month to be safe. I don't know if there are any tips to remember them but try to use the combination of the things that you care about including numbers.
