(vpslinux)How to link a domein ( with a different partner ) to a physical hosting

i have a vps running (linux) with plesk.

i have a couple of domains registered with my current domain partner.
what do i have to do so that my domains link to physical hosting on the vps


i need to change the domain's nameserver?
is just adding the domain in plesk enough or do i need to add my domain to a zone file or something?
but what else?
