1) Payments
Affiliates are paid for each referred hosting account that remains active beyond 31 days. Any referred accounts cancelling within 31 days will not be credited to affiliate. This is due to the fact that we provide a 30 day money back guarantee.
2) Link Placement
Any creatives & tools placed, must be done in such a way that it is not misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid traffics (sales, leads, or clicks) to myhosting.com.
3) Abuse/Fraud
myhosting.com has zero tolerance for abuse and fraud with regards to its services. This includes, but is not limited to order fraud, misrepresentation of myhosting.com services & company identity, traffic hijacking, or any other kind of inappropriate behavior.
4) PPC Marketing / Keyword Bidding
Purchasing PPC (Pay Per Click) listings for the registered trademarks is not acceptable. These are: myhosting, myhosting.com mail2web, mail2web.com.
Any affiliate found to be involved in any actions not deemed appropriate by myhosting.com would be terminated immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings would be forfeited upon investigation. Redirect link is allowed. Brand Terms can be used in the title and the copy in good faith. Coupon, discount or sale terms can be used if any of coupon, discount or sale campaign actively available.
5) Spam
myhosting.com has a zero tolerance for unsolicited e-mail of any kind. If affiliate makes any reference to myhosting in an unsolicited e-mail, their account will be terminated. This includes the use of our name, a link to our website, or a link to another website containing references to myhosting.com.
6) Parasiteware and Toolbar Affiliates
myhosting.com has a zero tolerance for parasitewares and toolbar affiliates. Any affiliate found to be involved in any kind of these actions not deemed appropriate by myhosting.com and will be terminated immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings will not be paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
7) Termination of Service
Violation this agreement could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. myhosting.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
