More support on HTML5, CSS3 and more.

With each new release of Windows Internet Explorer, support for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) standard has steadily improved. Internet Explorer 6 was the first fully CSS, Level 1-compliant version of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 8 is fully compliant with the CSS, Level 2 Revision 1 (CSS 2.1) specification and supports some features of CSS Level 3 (CSS3). Internet Explorer 9 Beta adds even more support for many CSS3 modules.
