Running on HyperV hosting.. This problem has been going on for about a week. Tech support has been of very little help..

Can someone tell me what's wrong with this pics??

From within my VPS account.. pinging the server's default gateway, both dns servers and Google every 15 seconds. (notice the lovely RDP disconnection message)

This is running at the same time but on my local computer, for those that will suggest that my connection is the problem. This is pinging two of my VPS IP's (37, the one used for the RDP connection and 40, the one hosting my site) and Google's site every 15 seconds also. Notice how Google never gets a packet dropped, so my connection is rock solid.

Sure as hell doesn't look like 100 uptime.

Yes, I can see from these screenshots that there is a significant problem affecting network latency on this VPS, and it's clear that (in addition to other problems) it's causing your remote desktop connection to drop completely and reconnect.

We will investigate and get back to you. Do you have an email address I can contact you at? (You can send it to me via PM for privacy reasons)

We will finish investigating and resolve this issue.

Edit: This appears to be resolved; I'm not dropping any pings:

--- 168.144.99.37 ping statistics ---
2000 packets transmitted, 2000 received, 0% packet loss, time 2007301ms
