View Full Version : Wordpress thumbnails not clickable

Hi there. I desperately hope somebody here can help, because I've had no help over at WordPress forums or their so-called 24/7 support!
When I first started using Wordpress.com a few months back, I found it very simple to upload photos to pages, see them on the page as thumbnails and click them to see full-size versions.
In the last few days, though, it seems that when I add several new photos to a page, only the last-added is clickable for a full-size version. All the others are thumbnail-only.
I was away from the site for a week, so maybe I've forgotten part of the routine for doing this, but I've re-watched tutorials and feel sure I am doing everything right.
So any ideas why I am having this problem? Pages that I added loads of photos to a few weeks back are fine, but anything new I add, only the newest photo is clickable.
Thank you for any help you can give. I'm pinning my hopes on you!

Hi Vicshere,

Did you make any upgrades/changes before?
have you tried using this solution;
Pictures not clickable « WordPress.com Forums (http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/pictures-not-clickable?replies=6#post-286885)
clickable photos - bigger size « WordPress.com Forums (http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/clickable-photos-bigger-size)

Cheers

Nah, unfortunately neither of those things did the trick. Still getting the same problem. Does anyone have any other ideas, please? :(

Hi Vicshere,

Can you give me more details? wordpress version? theme? plugins? You should contact wordpress.com support if hosted your blog there. they offer VIP support, but seems like you must pay for it VIP Support — WordPress.com VIP (http://vip.wordpress.com/support/)

Hmm... Reading their Term Of Service (http://en.wordpress.com/tos/) , Looks like their service fees are not refundable.

Cheers
