How do I find out what my hostname is ?

Your FTP Hostname is either your-domain.com or ftp.your-domain.com, replacing "your-domain.com" with your actual domain name. If your domain name isn't resolving, you can also connect using the IP Address included in your account ready email.

Hi Tim,

It worked fine once I used the IP address and the right username which is my domain name and the password all that info. was in the ready email I got. I hope this helps someone else. Thanks
