Entourage or Mac Mail using IMAP over SSL?

Hi all -

One of my clients is trying to setup IMAP over SSL on a Mac with Snow Leopard installed. He keeps getting various issues and I need some step by step instructions to give him. Has anyone set this up successfully?

* Which email client is your client trying to configure?

* What's the domain name of your client's email address?
