So it would appear the billing portion of the Plesk Billing System is down. It just gives me either a proxy timeout, or the message "ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout; Error while executing the queryERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout; Error while executing the query".
The probably is my account expired and I need to process the payment to get it activated. This is the 4th time I've had issues with this billing system. I called technical support and they were unable to help. They couldn't even reactivate my account temporarily and couldn't accept a manual PayPal payment. Unfortunately all portions of the billing system are unavailable - I can't even add another credit card. Apprently the billing team isn't in the office until 10AM!
Any advice from anyone? Has anyone found a work-around?
