So it would appear the billing portion of the Plesk Billing System is down. It just gives me either a proxy timeout, or the message "ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout; Error while executing the queryERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout; Error while executing the query".

The probably is my account expired and I need to process the payment to get it activated. This is the 4th time I've had issues with this billing system. I called technical support and they were unable to help. They couldn't even reactivate my account temporarily and couldn't accept a manual PayPal payment. Unfortunately all portions of the billing system are unavailable - I can't even add another credit card. Apprently the billing team isn't in the office until 10AM!

Any advice from anyone? Has anyone found a work-around?

Would you mind trying again? It is possible there was some Billing system maintenance when you were making your attempt. Currently there is no maintenance so you should be able to proceed. Apologies for the error.

I'm surprised they didn't accept a manual PayPal payment. Is that their official policy?
