VPS Offline

My VPS has been offline since last night.. I've sen't email to support and it's been over an hour, in facts it's been close to 12 hours.. and my vps still offline.

Why is so proudly displayed on the home page that email response is under an hour when it clearly isn't?

At first I thought it was due to it being late in the night (about 2am).. but it's been more than 4 hours since business hours..

To be fair.. I did received an email at 7am local time.. stating that everything seemed ok.. but the punchline.. They verified another server, not mine.. WHAT??

So I've been waiting ever since..

Was considering gold even platinum support.. but can someone here tell me if it's worth or not?
