From there, you will want to add the content that is unique, then add adsense, affiliate banners and create about 10 web 2.0 sites, then add more content and point the anchor text to the site. Of course by this time you have taken it off the parked company and hosted with a good hosting company that has server located in the usa for a better ranking. Then add about 10 article sites and then go the forums, help out and add your signature.
By this time you will have traffic, adsense clicks and hopefully sales And you were able to get this passive income website created within a 2 month period or sooner.
