Install a new phpBB forum template

Hi:
I want to install a different free phpBB forum style template from those supplied with my hosting account (on the cloud). I've setup my forum and downloaded the style template from phpBB. How do I upload the template as I don't have access to File Manager (the main site is using a Wordpress template so I'm not using a content manager)?

Have you tried to use onCloud(r) File Manager or FTP?
