Is apache's mod_deflate allowed to run on myhosting VPS ? I tried to configure it several times but it don't seem to load.

Is there a limitation ?

I don't see why it wouldn't, could you provide additional details as to what seems to be problematic after you install it? Are you using a control panel like Plesk or WHM/cPanel?
