I think it's awesome that you include a site builder, but I'm curious as to how much customization they offer... I hate the idea of having a cookie cutter site but I don't know enough about web design to make my own site...
Can you adjust the backgrounds and images or are those static for example?

site builder is pretty impressive in that regard. Even before you customize the site there's so many templates that you'd be hard pressed to call them cookie cutters. But yes, the images and much about the sites can be tweaked and customized to your liking.

That sounds pretty neat Jeremy. Is there a video or a demo of the site builder available anywhere?Either here or even on youtube?
I'd love to take a look at it and see what it's all about.

Cool! Thanks for getting back to me on that guys... Personalization and flexibility are really important to me when it comes to using things like that to create a site so I'll have to check and see if I can find some demos...

I messed around with the demo and wasn't really impressed.
Are there more free templates available than what you see when you use the demo?
I'm not really willing to commit to a host and a site builder unless I'm positive that I will like the product I can create.
I did find a page of layouts, but they had prices associated with them so I'm a little confused.

There are definitely more templates than appear in the demo. You may also have come across our website template offering which is different than the site builder templates. Site builder is an all in one wizard/template customization suite software where as our Website Templates would be as is designs and coding and you are then able to customize them using your own software or give it to your developers to customize.
I will find out if the limitation on the number of viewable demonstration templates in site builder can be lifted.
Does the demo include access to everything that you can do and all the available themes or is it just partial access? I messed with it a little the other day and didn't get very far. I also found some pages for paid themes, what's the deal with those?

I did not even realize that you could give the demo a test drive I will have to take a look at it
I would also assume that it is not a fully functional demo but only offers a small taste of what is available I could be wrong though
