ASP Form handler

I am trying to get a form to generate email. I have this deployed on several other sites on a different host and it works fine. I am using ASP - SmartMailer extension for Dreamweaver. Does anyone know of a form handler that will generate email on MyHosting Windows Server?

Are you aware if you are on the classic system or onCloud system? (onCloud is our newer system). Also, are you running it on your Windows Webspace?
