Any tips for making ure your website's podcasts have the best possible audio quality?

This is a very wide question.

How do you record your podcast ? Are you recording an interview ? Are you recording streaming audio ? Do you suffer from low quality (e.g. noise) when recording yourself ? Following are some pointers:

yes it really depends on what you are using to record. I use Quicktime Pro both to record and export podcasts and it works well.
