100% Uptime Guarantee
The main page says that the uptime guarantee is 100% - but if you read the fine print (http://myhosting.com/kb/Managed_Support_Service_Policy), it's only 99.9%.

yes the 100% uptime guarantee is specific to our Shared Hosting and Basic and Mobile Email products. VPS is 99.9% currently.
