using flash files

Do you like the idea of using flash files on a business website? They seem to have pros and cons: many customers might find them appealing and stay on your site longer, but they can also make your site take longer to load.

I prefer not to use flash anymore. I much rather use some good javascript to do some fancy stuff.

There are some of software that enables us to take our flash animations and output them into html5.
