wordpress problem. Help!

I came from another hosting firm. I was having a wordpress site. I have EXPORTED my wordpress articles.
now I switched to myhosting.com to host my wordpress site. When I want to IMPORT wordpress data, it gives me this error:
Maximum allowable file size I can import is 2 mb.
Will I not be able to import my wordpress site?

Simple question.
Why are you limiting users' data importing capability at 2 MB only?
