What does it mean if an error message says you have an invalid user privilege level?

To provide you a solution to your problem, we'd need to know the circumstance that you received the error under. But the generic answer is that the user, (your user) doesn't have sufficient permissions to perform the task you're attempting to perform and if you need to perform that task, then you will have to log in as an admin or a user with proper permissions.
