I've heard about systems where you can "capture website leads" from the visitors to your site? But what does this mean exactly, and how can it lead to higher sales levels?

leads can be visitors that come to your website. only qualified leads will be ones that are targeted for whatever your selling. captured lead is when you get their info like phone number, email, etc.
you ca then proceed to convert them as a customer.
