my 30 days are getting to there end and my money refund time to, problem is i have canceled my service and im waiting for my money back for 1 week now.

first your service is the worst i have see ever
and NOW I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK?

i have sended tickeds, emails and i speaket on the chat to get my refund , that makes now over 1 week. on chat(mohammed b.) told me your billing department will contact me for refund in the next 5 working days after my cancelation and this makes now over 8 working days.
