I post here because the support don't do anything to solve the problem of the VPS overload.
it past one week and 3 tickets and the problem persist.
the problem is very strange at 8 AM start one big overload on the VPS and then at 10 30 aprox is stop. The problem is caused for a heavy load on the "node server" (that say support) but they can't solve anything. And is one week now and the problem persist.
I open a ticket to ask him if we can change to other node because at this hours of overload the email not work, ssh and ftp is not accesible so my clients need his mails and is not working.
i will paste te support tickets maybe if you have the same problem of overload you can reply me

i need to know what cause the problem is a kind of hardware problem? overselling of the VPS. other kind of problem. what is causing this strange overload.
the support say my this "ticket still in our AA-OPS queue" what kind of queue is this O.o 1 week of queue?
what is suppose the solution for this problem?
if anyone have a similar problem please post thanks...
NOTE: i don't have any proccess runging consumming CPU in my VPS i check this first i'm not stupid...
