What exactly makes an interface a "person-pleasant" interface? How important is it that your interface be "person-pleasant?"

Well, I assume you referring to interface usuablity…so it is important to provide your users/visitors with an experience to consume your content as simply and effortlessly as possible. This is a big subject and if you google search for interface usability, information architecture, web usability guidelines you will have a lot.
