email vs. contact forms

As an affiliate marketer, do you prefer using an email account or contact forms as a way for your customers to contact you? Or does it not make much of a difference?

As an affiliate, I will go for Contact Forms through which customer contact me. Because you can bifurcate information and as per your need you can get the data. Don't show your email in public as it can be miss-used if it is visible.

As an affiliate i would like t go with Email. Because email is playing an effective role in any kind of business now a days. It also helps to build relation between customer and merchants.
