web browser vs. InfoPath

When you're creating a template using Microsoft InfoPath, is it better to set it up so that template can be opened in InfoPath, or in a web browser? Or does it depend on your customers' needs and your own needs?

it depends what the purpose is…if you need to share with people without infopath then it needs to work in a web browser like explorer
