How much longer can you keep your old Facebook profile before you have to get Timeline? Is there any way to avoid getting the Timeline? Or is the Timelines great once you get used to it?

I'm not sure. But if you switch to Timeline and you don't like it, you have seven days to switch back.

There is an add-on for Firefox that hides the Timeline


This method for removing Timeline only applied to those who enabled it before its public release. Now that the Timeline is being rolled out to everyone, there is no official way to remove it and revert back to the old profile. However, there are a few workarounds.
