Does anyone here use a program like Twilert to measure their business's social media buzz? How can you increase your buzz (meaning the number of mentions you get on other people's social media pages)?

One simple trick is to get your friends and family members to tweet complimentary things about your business. It's amazing how compliments can then start spreading like wildfire.
