If you've created an app, is in-app advertising a good way of selling it? How do you go about finding app developers to run your ads in their apps?

there are ad networks that specialize in this iAd being one for iPhone apps. But pretty expensive…I think they have reduced to $100,000 to just start a campaign through iAd.
