Between WordPress, Drupal and Joomal, what's the best CMS for creating websites that people can view on cell phones? Do all these CMS's have special themes for phone viewing?

I believe each of those has plug ins or add ons to extend to mobile sites. Depending on the type of site you are building but most will probably go with WP.
