Website down , VPS hosting

Hi guys, i got a VPS currently but often got problems with my website www.tsunami.hk since i cannot access either the site nor the ftp. Though i contacted the customer support and they told me it might be a browser issue etc. However several people from all around the world like Germany, US, France,UK, Japan, Hong Kong etc. got the same problem as me. Because the site was running yesterday and the day before and suddenly its gone. Im really stuck. Hope you can help me out.


Though your VPS support assures me the site is accessable from their end its not from mine or my customers. Unlikely we do use all the same browsers or provider.

It doesn't appear to be resolving everywhere just yet. When did you redirect your nameservers to myhosting.com for this domain? It can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to resolve worldwide after a DNS change of this type. Are other domains resolving successfully?

Domain was transferred in middle of February. Everything worked well before. Webshop was installed and worked fine last month. The issue just started a few days ago when suddenly access was not longer possible. All other domains are working flawless. Our customers tried from different countries with different providers and different browsers, except our site.

Did you update the IP address recently? My tests yesterday showed that it was definitely not pinging based on the domain name (didn't try the IP at the time), but I'm testing it now and its working fine. Its even pinging from around the world see just ping - Online ping - Online web-based ping: Free online ping from 50 locations worldwide (http://just-ping.com/index.php?vh=www.tsunami.hk&c=&s=ping%21).
