Hi everyone! I just want to share my bad experience with webtropia. Recently I just bought I should have bought 1 month, and try them out. Now I cannot return money back. If you have a minimum contract period of 6 month, so it is not possible to give the server back till this date is reached.
I agreed to 1 month penalty, but they won't refund.
The problem with my VPS is I can't access my server. I don't have any password!They must call me for me to know the password. I've been trying to call them almost 4 weeks but still no return calls, I evern emailed them still no answers from them.I'm stuck with this useless VPS! :mad::mad::mad:
Please if you're planning to use their service or products please avoid them. You don't want to end like my very awful experience. :(
