What do these blue check marks mean?

Hi Shane,

Any account with a blue verified badge on their Twitter profile is a verified account, It means that the person you are following is certified/official and it's who they claim to be.

Nice to know this too. https://imagicon.info/cat/15-33/smile4.png By the way, you can also try to hover the mouse pointer to that blue check mark. See if it gives you something like an information.

I've tried hovering over the blue check-mark, but it highlights the entire line (name, check-mark, and @username).

I'm still not getting email notifications.
