I was looking for more information about doing bank or wire transfers for billing.

I don't think SoftCom is set up with Canada's financial institutions for online bill payments. It is also unlikely that they will ever be, since they charge in US dollars.

You can, however, make a PayPal (http://www.paypal.ca) payment - and the payment can come from your bank account. The only disadvantages are the fee they charge, and the exchange rate.

That's true. I have a Canadian client and I have to pay a "cross the border fee" or something like that. It's usually a nominal charge though.

Yeah, it is a nominal fee, but I still think they should do away with the border fees sometime soon.
