What's the best way to attract listeners/viewers to a new podcast? (Other than creating great content, of course!)

You can build relationships with podcasting sites, use your web-pages to announce your podcast. A good way of expanding your audience is to find out whether other podcasts allow you to give them brief adverts about your podcast. Another good method is to get guests that have lots of mentions on Google.
