When I try and run any application on my VPS, a message box pops up and says, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." That message comes up when I try and run anything, even Internet Explorer.
Please help if you can, thanks.

This issue usually caused by Internet Explorer Enchanced security
Open Internet Explorer, Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options". Go to the [Advanced] tab. Click the <Reset...> button. Click <Reset>.
