    Does it make sense to sign up with a hosting company if you don't have an online business? What are some personal uses of hosting?

    Default Usages of hosting

    There's various usages for hosting, the most popular one is artists, and photographers posting their portfolio. Whether it be for school or for hobby.

    Also, web development students obtain hosting for their school projects, and use this as a portfolio for employment.
