Is it always illegal to post fake reviews online? I read about a video game marketier who's facing charges b/c he posted fake reviews on the iTunes online store. I didn't even know this was illegal!

I don't see how posting a review on your site can be illegal. You are entiled to your opinion no matter what your relationship to the business..,,
